Kindness is simple and powerful. It is about how we treat each other, the world around us and even ourselves. Kindness is a choice. How do you choose to be kind?
Being kind doesn’t need to look or be extravagant. Sometimes the simplest things make the most difference. Look for ways to bring a little kindness to someone else as you go about your day. You can change their day and yours for the better!
Get creative and make your own list of kind things to do.
Being generous and doing kind things for others is important. Your relationship with yourself is an important relationship too. Are you kind to yourself?
Learn to treat yourself with compassion. Being kind to yourself will give you the energy, strength and the ideas to be kind to others!
Teaching the world the power of kindness to help foster a kinder community.
Asking people to share their acts of kindness is important. It helps to motivate and inspire others and gives us all hope. This is an Appreciative Inquiry - when we make something better by focusing on what is good.

We are all unique. We are all human and we are all flawed.
Our mistakes are lessons for us and the challenges in our life are part of our own unique story.
There are many things about our lives that we cannot control.
Accepting those things as they are and remembering that everything changes and passes will help.
Accepting yourself as you are, knowing that you are capable of change will help.
Take notice of the things you say about yourself. Are they kind?
Can you share a different story about yourself with the world?
Write kind simple notes to yourself and leave them places where you will find them.
Do you say things about what you can't do or something you lack or missed out on? Is this a hidden strength? Can you flip it and say, 'Because I don't have... then I am able to...'
